# Chat with or call your rider

As soon as a rider is assigned, their card appears on the order screen.

- Tap the chat button to send a message, for example directions or "please ring the bell".
- Tap the call button to call them.

If the rider can't find you, they may send you an SMS link asking for your location. Open it and tap to share where you are. This helps them reach you without a long phone call.
