# Delete your account

> Request permanent deletion of your Laayo account.

1. Go to **Menu > Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account**.
2. Choose a reason.
3. Enter the code we send to your phone or email.
4. Tap **Submit Delete Request**.

Our team reviews the request within 7 days. You can't request deletion while an order is in progress.

> Important: Deleting your account removes your order history, saved addresses and any Laayo Money balance. Some records are kept where the law requires it, such as invoices.
