Food should arrive safe and as described. If it didn't:

1. Don't throw it away yet. Take clear photos of the food and the packaging.
2. [Report the problem](https://support.laayo.com.np/a/report-a-problem) in the app the same day.

We review every report and follow up with the restaurant. Repeated problems lead to action against the restaurant.
