We collect what we need to deliver your orders: your name, phone number, email, delivery addresses, location while you use the app, and your order history.

- Restaurants see your order and name. Riders see your delivery address and phone number to deliver your order.
- We do not sell or rent your personal data.
- Payments go through secure payment providers. We do not store your card details or bank passwords.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by writing to [support@laayo.com.np](mailto:support@laayo.com.np).
