Track your order

After you place an order, the app opens the order screen. You can always get back to it from the order card on the home screen or from your orders list.

What the statuses mean

• Pending: the restaurant has not accepted yet.
• Confirmed: the restaurant accepted your order.
• Processing: your food is being prepared.
• Picked up / On the way: the rider has your order and you can follow them on the map.
• Delivered: enjoy your meal.

The arrival time updates as the restaurant and rider move. Rain, traffic and busy kitchens can add a few minutes.
