Cancel an order

You can cancel an order yourself while it is still pending, before the restaurant accepts it.

1. Open the order.
2. Tap Cancel Order and choose a reason.

If you paid online, the amount comes back to you. See How refunds work.

After the restaurant accepts

Once the restaurant has accepted, the cancel button is no longer available because your food is already being made. If something is really wrong, chat with us from Menu›Help & Support. A cancellation charge of up to the full order amount can apply after the restaurant starts preparing.

Scheduled orders

A scheduled order can be cancelled any time before it starts.
